Spinning (,and decided that becoming an instructor would be the best way
to share her enthusiasm. She holds One-Star Status Spinning (Instructor

Spin Nazi" from the trainers at Fitness Connection, due in part to
her long, determined hours of training on a Johnny G Spinner and her tenacious

three times a week.
Quotation from "The Spin Nazi": "Spinning (is good for
you in so many ways other than just cardio and fat burning. The mind-body
connection that you achieve while riding is something that can benefit you
during long hours in the office, at a stressful meeting, or at home with
the kids. Spinning is good for both the body and the soul. Come join me,
and try it!"
